OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Our guiding principles are the framework for the daily work of the entire staff within the St. Georg Prevention and Rehabilitation Clinics, reflecting our commitment which you can rely on.
HOLISTIC APPROACH TO HEALTH AND WELLBEING
The goal of our daily work and the benchmark for self-assessment is the satisfaction of our rehabilitation patients and guests. Therefore, we daily strive to enhance their wellbeing, improve their health and reduce functional impairments to enable them to participate in social and working life.
PARTNERSHIP AND MUTUAL ESTEEM
We consider our rehabilitation patients as our worthy and mature partners, whose trust and active involvement are absolutely essential for the success of the rehabilitation or therapy.
BESPOKE TREATMENTS TO HIGH MEDICAL STANDARDS
We are strongly committed to providing medical services in compliance with the latest medical standards. For the treatment of all major diseases we have developed our own therapeutic methods in accordance with contemporary standards and supreme, commonly recognised guidelines. These therapeutic approaches are the basis for a coherent treatment that meets individual needs.
EXPERTISE KEPT UP TO DATE
To provide excellent healthcare services to our rehabilitation patients, it is essential to keep the skills and knowledge of our staff in line with the latest scientific findings and guidelines. Therefore, we promote and support the continuous training of our employees and foster their personal development.
HARMONIOUS WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The quality of the work of our employees is crucial for the success and continuance of our business. Therefore, we are committed to working together in an open, constructive and dedicated manner to enhance the motivation in the daily work and boost the adherence to the corporate identity of our clinic. The exemplary conduct and action of all key function holders is an essential precondition for a good working environment.
EFFICIENT QUALITY MANAGEMENT
We are committed to proactive continuous improvement. Therefore, we have implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements established in the “QMS-Reha” guidelines issued by the “Deutsche Rentenversicherung” (German State Pension Fund). Since 2007, our clinic has been certified in accordance with the “QMS Reha” guidelines and the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard. We seek to meet the requirements and needs of the cost bearers and welfare institutions, whilst striving to achieve scores above average in the quality assessments of the “Deutsche Rentenversicherung”.
